When will my order ship?+
Orders placed before 2pm GMT ship the same business day. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves our studio.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship to over 60 countries. Complimentary express shipping is included on all orders over 150. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for a no-surprises delivery.
How do BloomActiva pieces fit?+
Our pieces run true to size with a compressive, second-skin feel. If you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. See our full Size Guide for measurements.
Are the leggings squat-proof?+
Every legging is knit from a dense, four-way-stretch fabric and tested through full ranges of movement. They stay fully opaque, even at the deepest stretch.
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached. Returns are complimentary for all domestic orders — simply use the prepaid label in your parcel.
How long do refunds take?+
Once your return arrives at our studio, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
We move quickly — if you need to make a change, email care@bloomactiva.com within one hour of ordering and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
Do you offer gift cards?+
Yes. Digital gift cards are available in several denominations and are delivered instantly by email.
